Privacy policy

This page explains what personal data we collect when you book an appointment on our site, why we use it, how long we keep it and what rights you have. We've written it simply, without unnecessary legal jargon.

1. Who is responsible for your data

Cabinet Stomatologic Zambet is the controller of your data. Appointments are managed through the Prima Booking platform, operated by PRIMA SAFE DEVELOPMENT S.R.L. (CUI RO33109102, Bucharest), which processes the data only on our behalf and according to our instructions, as a processor.

2. What data we collect

• When you book: name, phone number, email address (if you provide it), any notes you write, the chosen service, the specialist, and the appointment date and time.
• When you write to us through the contact form: your name, email, phone (if you provide it) and message. We use them only to reply to you.
• Technical, automatic: IP address and access date, in the server logs, only for security and to prevent abuse (for example, mass fake appointments).

We do not ask for or process health data through this website. If you enter such information in the notes field, you do so on your own initiative, and we use it only to prepare the appointment.

3. Why we use it and on what legal basis

• To record and fulfill the appointment (we expect you at the scheduled time and call you if anything changes): performance of the contract or of pre-contractual steps, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
• To send you the confirmation and a reminder before the appointment, by phone or e-mail: same legal basis.
• To comply with our legal obligations (records, accounting, requests from authorities): Art. 6(1)(c).
• To protect the website of abuse: our legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f).

We don't use your data for ads and we don't sell it to anyone.

4. How long we keep it

Appointment data is kept for no more than 3 years from the appointment date, then deleted or anonymized. Technical logs are kept for no more than 12 months. If you wish, we can delete your data sooner on request, except for data we are required by law to keep.

5. Who else has access to it

• Prima Booking (PRIMA SAFE DEVELOPMENT S.R.L.), the platform that runs the calendar and the website, hosted in the European Union.
• Messaging providers (SMS or email), only to send you the confirmation and reminder.
• Google, doar dacă apeși „Arată harta" în secțiunea Contact: atunci se încarcă harta Google Maps, conform politicii Google.
• Cloudflare (Turnstile), doar pentru verificarea anti-robot a formularului de contact; nu folosește cookie-uri de urmărire.
• Authorities, atunci când legea ne obligă.

6. Your rights

You can request at any time: access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, or you can object to processing. Write to us at e-mail [email protected] sau telefon 0722111222 and we'll reply within 30 days.

If you believe your rights have been violated, you can contact the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing: www.dataprotection.ro, B-dul G-ral. Gheorghe Magheru 28-30, Sector 1, București.

7. Cookies

Site-ul folosește doar cookie-uri strict necesare funcționării: cel de sesiune și cel care protejează formularul de programare împotriva trimiterilor false. Pentru acestea legea nu cere consimțământ (Legea nr. 506/2004, art. 4 alin. 5), de aceea nu vezi un banner de cookie-uri. Nu folosim cookie-uri de analiză sau de publicitate. Harta Google se încarcă numai dacă o ceri tu, apăsând butonul din secțiunea Contact.

8. Dispute resolution

We want to resolve any complaint directly: please write to us first. As a consumer, you can also contact the National Authority for Consumer Protection (www.anpc.ro) sau poți folosi platforma de soluționare alternativă a litigiilor (reclamatiisal.anpc.ro).

9. Changes

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page, with the date of the update.
