About us
BookOra (“BookOra by Prima Booking”) is a service of PRIMA SAFE DEVELOPMENT S.R.L., headquartered at Drumul Crețeștilor, No. 19, Sector 4, București, registered with the Trade Register under number J2014005130404, unique registration code RO33109102. Prin BookOra oferim patru lucruri: un catalog businesses you can book with, a site de prezentare that each business builds on its own, a online booking system with a calendar, confirmations and reminders and, on paid plans, a asistent telefonic AI that takes bookings over the phone.
Using the site means you agree to the terms below. If you do not, please do not use the service.
Our role
For subscriptions, we are the provider and seller. The Start, Plus and Pro plans are sold by PRIMA SAFE DEVELOPMENT S.R.L.: we sign the contract with the partner, we collect the payment and we issue the invoice, in lei, with VAT. The service is an online program (software as a service), which we deliver over the internet.
For bookings, we are a technical intermediary. BookOra connects the client with the partner: we do not sell partners' services, we do not collect money for them and we do not issue invoices for them. The contract for the booked service (consultation, treatment, haircut and the like) is concluded directly between the client and the partner.
No products are sold on bookora.ro. The online store prima-shop.ro, owned by the same company, has its own terms and conditions.
Customer and Partner — two different roles
Clientul is the person who searches the catalog and books an appointment. For clients, BookOra is free.
Partenerul is the business that sets up its profile, website and calendar: a medical or dental practice, a salon, a veterinary clinic and the like. The partner can use the free plan or a paid subscription.
The distinction matters for what follows: some rules apply only to customers, others only to partners.
Your account
You can create an account with your e-mail address and a password, or by signing in with Google ori Facebook (the partners and with LinkedIn). In this case, we receive from them only your name, e-mail address and an account identifier — never your password. You can revoke access at any time from that account's settings.
You are responsible for your login details and for what happens in your account. If you suspect someone else has accessed your account, write to us immediately.
You don't need an account for a simple booking: your name and phone number are enough.
Appointments
When you book a time slot, it is blocked in the partner's schedule and you receive a confirmation. The service itself is a contract between you and the partner, not with us: the partner sets the price, duration, location and terms, provides the service and issues the tax document.
To stop fake bookings, which block real time slots in our partners' schedules, we may ask you to confirm your phone number with a code sent by SMS.
Cancel or reschedule the appointment as early as possible, from the confirmation message or from your account. Cancellation rules, if the partner has its own, are listed on its page.
What you commit to as a partner
Published data must be real and up to date: business name, address, opening hours, services, prices, qualifications. You are responsible for them and for any authorization required by law for your activity — we do not verify them and cannot guarantee them.
Honor the appointments received through BookOra. If you can't, notify the client in advance, through the dashboard.
The texts, photos and logos you upload remain yours, but you grant us the right to display them in the catalog, on your bookora.ro website and in search results. You are responsible for having the right to use them.
Do not publish patients' medical data, or content that is illegal, misleading or infringes someone else's rights.
Subscriptions, pricing and payment
Plan Free covers 50 appointments per month and requires no card. Paid plans are Start (99 lei per month), Plus (149 lei per month) and Pro (299 lei per month), with what each one includes, on the pricing page.
All prices are in lei (RON) and do not include VAT; la plată se adaugă TVA de 21%. De exemplu, planul Start costă 99 lei + TVA = 119,79 lei pe lună. Plata se face tot în lei.
The subscription is paid in advance, monthly. After choosing the plan, you receive a proforma invoice by e-mail, which you pay cu cardul, on the secure Banca Transilvania page (BT iPay), or prin transfer bancar. We do not see or store your card details, only the last four digits and the expiry date. You will receive the tax invoice by e-mail.
Dacă ai pornit reînnoirea automată, proforma lunii următoare se plătește singură de pe cardul salvat, cu 7 zile înainte să expire perioada plătită. Poți opri reînnoirea automată oricând, din panou; atunci plătești proformele manual.
If the subscription is not paid, the account is put on hold 5 days after the due date: online booking and the phone assistant stop. Your data stays in place and everything restarts as soon as you pay.
Service delivery
BookOra este un serviciu digital: nu livrăm produse și nu trimitem nimic prin curier. Planul Gratis funcționează din momentul creării contului; un plan plătit se activează immediately after card payment or in the same business day to which the bank transfer payment goes. Cancellation and withdrawal
Proforma neplătită nu te obligă la nimic. La abonament renunți oricând, fără penalități, trecând pe planul Gratis din panou; luna deja plătită nu se restituie, cu excepțiile din Cancellation Policy.
Right of withdrawal
If you bought the subscription as consumator (an individual acting outside your professional activity), you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days, without giving a reason, from formularul online de retragere. Businesses (companies, sole traders/PFA, practices) have no legal right of withdrawal, but can cancel the subscription at any time.
Reviews
Reviews can only be left after an appointment booked through BookOra, so they reflect a real experience. Write about what you experienced, without personal attacks, other people's personal data or commercial content.
The partner can reply publicly. We delete reviews that break the rules above, but we do not delete a review just because it is unfavorable.
Liability
We do everything in our power to keep the service running, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation: interruptions may occur for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control.
We are not responsible for the quality of the service provided by the partner, for the accuracy of the data the partner publishes, or for disagreements between the client and the partner. For these, contact the partner directly.
Nothing in this section limits the rights the law grants you as a consumer.
Suspension and termination
You can give up your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that violates the terms, publishes false data or illegal content, or causes harm to other users.
When a partner account is closed, its website on bookora.ro and its directory profile are no longer public.
Changes
We may update the terms, for example when new features are added or when the law requires it. The version in force is always the one published here, with the date below. If the change is significant, we notify partners by e-mail before it takes effect.
Governing law and complaints
Romanian law applies, and disputes are settled by the competent courts in Romania.
