You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without penalties and without giving a reason (GEO 34/2014). We refund the amount paid, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving the product back. Products sealed for hygiene reasons and personalized products are exceptions — details are in return policy.
