2. Ordering by e-mail

You can send your order directly by e-mail to: [email protected].

3. Ordering directly on the website

The Buyer can place orders on the website by adding products to the shopping cart and completing the order, paying by one of the available payment methods.

A product added to the cart is available for purchase as long as it is in stock. Adding a product to the cart without completing the order does not register the order and does not automatically reserve the product.

By completing the order, the Buyer confirms that all data provided (required for the purchase process) are correct and complete at the time the order is placed.

4. Order cancellation

The Seller may cancel the order placed by the Buyer, after prior notice, without further obligations between the parties, in the following cases:

• the transaction is not accepted by the bank that issued the Buyer's card (for online payments);
• the transaction is invalidated by the payment processor approved by Prima Shop (for online payments);
• incomplete and/or incorrect data provided by the Buyer on the website.

If an ordered product cannot be delivered, the Seller will inform the Buyer and will refund the value of the product within a maximum of 7 days from the date on which it became aware of this.

5. Product availability

The availability of a product is shown on the website as follows:

• “in stock” – there is enough merchandise for delivery;
• “limited stock” – the product is in stock, but supply may be interrupted;
• “on order” – the product is made or brought in to order; you will be informed how long delivery will take, and an agent may contact you for details.

6. Steps to follow to place an order

1. Choose the category and subcategory you are interested in and click on it.
2. Choose the product you want.
3. Click on the product image to see the details.
4. Enter the desired quantity and press the “Add to cart” button. The quantity can be changed later in the cart.
5. Add any other products you want, then review your order.
6. In the top right corner, go to “Shopping cart / View cart” to see the contents of your cart.
7. You can remove products or change quantities. To complete the order, press “PLACE ORDER”.
