Do I need an SRL or can I also sign up as a PFA?

We accept both companies (SRL, SA) and PFA / II, as long as the business activity allows the sale of the listed products. Enter your CUI in the form and we'll check the rest.

What is the Prima Shop commission?

The commission is set per product category and you'll know it exactly when you sign the contract — no hidden fees, no subscription, no listing costs. You only pay when you sell.

How do I upload my products?

You have two options: manually, from the merchant dashboard (name, description, price, stock, photos), or automatically, through a CSV / XML feed that we sync every hour.

Who delivers the orders?

You prepare the package, and delivery is handled by express courier — either through Prima Shop's integrated solutions or through your own courier, whichever is more efficient for you.

When do I get paid?

We settle orders directly into your company's bank account (the IBAN in the contract), at regular intervals, after the orders are delivered — with a detailed report for each order.

How long does account activation take?

Usually 48 business hours from submitting the application: we verify the company details, sign the contract and e-mail you access to the dashboard.
