1. Payment methods

When placing your order, you can choose how you wish to pay for it.

• Advance bank payment (bank transfer / payment order)
• Cash on delivery
• Online card payment (processed by Banca Transilvania)
• Payment link (sent by e-mail after confirmation)

2. Advance bank payment (bank transfer / payment order)

The payment details will be sent to you by e-mail, either in the order confirmation e-mail or as a proforma invoice.

These details include:

• Our company details, as the payee
• The amount due (order total)

With this information, you can pay either via Internet Banking or at your bank's counters.

3. Cash on delivery

You will pay in cash upon receipt of the ordered products, directly to the courier company's agent, who will issue you a receipt for the payment, up to a limit of 5000 lei.

4. Online card payment (processed by Banca Transilvania - BT iPay)

No fees are charged for card payments (or for any of the other payment methods). You can use debit or credit bank cards.

Card payment processing is secured to high standards. We do not have access to and do not store your card details.

Accepted cards: Visa, Mastercard and Maestro, debit or credit. Payments are authenticated via 3-D Secure (Visa Secure, Mastercard Identity Check): the card's issuing bank may ask you to confirm the payment with a code received by SMS or by approval in the bank's app.

Amount and currency: you pay the order total in lei (RON), including VAT and delivery cost, exactly as shown at checkout. No additional fees are charged for card payment. For cards issued in another currency, the issuing bank may apply exchange rate differences.

On your bank statement the payment appears under the merchant's name, Prima Safe Development S.R.L. The order confirmation and invoice are sent by e-mail; we recommend that you keep them.

Cancellation and refund: if an order paid by card is canceled or the products are returned in accordance with the return policy, the amount is refunded to the same card. When the money appears in your account depends on the issuing bank. Saved card: at payment you can choose to save your card for future orders. The card remains with Banca Transilvania as an identifier; we only see the last four digits. You can delete it at any time from your account, under „My cards”. If the payment is not completed, the order remains registered and you can pay for it from your account or from the confirmation e-mail. 5. Payment link

After we receive your order and you choose this payment method, an agent will contact you to validate and confirm the order, after which a payment link for paying the order amount will be sent to the e-mail address provided by the customer.

6. Delivery

The Seller undertakes to ship the products included in the accepted order to the Buyer by courier, to a delivery address within Romania, observing the delivery dates and times established when the order was accepted.

Ownership of the goods will be transferred upon delivery to the indicated address (by signing the transport document provided by the courier or by signing the tax invoice in the case of direct deliveries) and full payment of the amount due.

7. Delivery costs

• Free delivery: for orders over 500 lei (product value, VAT included), with a total weight of up to 9 kg.
• Orders under 500 lei or parcels over 9 kg: the Sameday rate for the delivery address and parcel weight applies.

The exact delivery cost is shown in the cart and at checkout, before the order is submitted.

8. Couriers and delivery options

Delivery is made by SameDay or by our own couriers, depending on availability and the recipient's location, with an estimated delivery time of 1 to 3 business days.

Pickup from an easybox or Sameday Point: at checkout, choose the desired point on the map or by city. When the parcel arrives, Sameday will send you the pickup code by phone and e-mail. The cost is the Sameday easybox rate, and for orders over 500 lei with parcels of up to 9 kg, delivery is free.

Delivery can also be made by another courier company agreed upon by the Buyer. In this case, the Buyer must place the order with the agreed carrier, and the pickup request for the products is not made by Prima Shop staff.

9. Delivery time

Delivery time ranges from 1 to 3 business days from receipt of the order, depending on the product ordered. The delivery time is stated on each product page.

If an order contains products with different delivery times, the final delivery time will be that of the product with the longest delivery time.

10. Delivery destinations

Products are shipped only within Romania.
