Product details
The set of sterile, white compressive hemostatic bandages measures 86 x 25mm and is made of a fine fabric.
They are used to stop bleeding after venipuncture in cases of diabetes, dialysis, intravenous treatments and medical tests.
The hemostatic bandage:
• Stops bleeding through compressive action;
• Superabsorbent central pad that swells on contact with fluids;
• Increases pressure at the venipuncture/wound site in case of bleeding;
• Uses a latex-free, hypoallergenic hot-melt adhesive;
• The No. 1 alternative to commonly used gauze swabs;
• Reduces the time needed to apply pressure by approximately 44%.
