There's no catch. The Free plan requires no card and never expires: your own site, calendar, catalog listing and up to 50 online appointments per month. We make money from the paid plans, where we add the phone robot and a dedicated number.
What happens when I exceed 50 appointments per month?
The dashboard shows you in advance how many you have left. When you hit the limit, the public calendar pauses until next month, and you can switch to a plan with unlimited appointments at any time, without losing anything.
How does the AI phone assistant work?
You get a dedicated number to put on your website or Google, or to forward your practice's number to. The robot answers with your name, checks the calendar instantly, suggests available times and confirms the appointment during the call. Every paid plan includes a number of minutes per month.
What happens if I run out of robot minutes?
The assistant will keep answering with a short message and direct the client to online booking, and you'll get a notification. You can upgrade to the next plan right away; minutes reset every month.
Can I manage my account both from Prima Shop and from BookOra?
Yes. It's the same account and the same dashboard, wherever you sign in: from bookora.ro or from your account on prima-shop.ro.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from the dashboard, with one click. Switch to Free and keep your website, calendar, customers and appointments. Only the phone assistant stops, and the number is released.
