Product details

Gingival retraction cord roll, made of 100% cotton, knitted into thousands of tiny loops forming long interlocking chains.

The unique knitted design exerts a continuous passive force after placement, as the loops try to open. Easy to remove. Easy to control and place, does not tangle.

Used in dentistry for gingival displacement and hemostasis before bonding and/or restoration placement procedures. Used to help take impressions for fixed prostheses.

When cementing near the gingiva and subgingivally, Class III, IV, V restorations, the “first cord of the two-cord” technique.
