PRIMA non-absorbable silk surgical suture with 75 cm black braided thread and triangular point (reverse cutting) needle. Intended for precise and secure closure of soft tissues in various surgical procedures.

  • Material: Braided fibers from silkworm cocoons

  • Thread type: Braided multifilament

  • Diameter: USP 3/0

  • Thread length: 75 cm

  • Needle: Triangular point, triangular cross-section (reverse cutting), 3/8 circle, 19 mm length

  • Coating: Silicone, for smooth gliding and knot security

  • Suture type: Non-absorbable, sterile

  • Strength: High tensile strength, ensures long-term tissue support

  • Tissue reaction: Initial inflammation, followed by gradual encapsulation
