Directly in this category there are also light-curing base plates, pink, 50 per pack, for custom trays.
Saeshin micromotors
Strong 210 comes with the H400 handpiece, up to 40,000 rpm, and Strong B140D with the H450 handpiece, 45,000 rpm and 4.5 N·cm, with a variable speed foot pedal and the option of working alternately with two handpieces. Forte200, knee-operated, and Oz Black, with the F100α-III handpiece, reach 50,000 rpm and 7.8 N·cm.
Models, splints and curing
The Renfert MT3 model trimmer has a Marathon disc, a 1,300 W motor and a table adjustable to 90° or 98°. The Song Young unit makes splints by thermo-vacuum forming, and the Ceraman GT50 pressure pot cures wet or dry, at up to 6 bar, in a 1.5 l chamber. For printed parts there is the Asiga Flash curing unit, and the Song Young curing unit has 4 UVA lamps at 350–400 nm and room for 4 models.
CAD/CAM milling
The UP3D milling machines work dry: UpMill P53 has 5 simultaneous axes and holds 11 tools, while P55D mills, according to its description, zirconia, wax, PMMA, PEEK and composite resin, without compressed air. 3D printers are in dental 3D printers.
Frequently asked questions
Which lab micromotors do you have?
Four Saeshin models: Strong 210 with the H400 handpiece (up to 40,000 rpm), Strong B140D with the H450 handpiece (45,000 rpm, 4.5 N·cm), the knee-operated Forte200 and Oz Black with the F100α-III handpiece, the last two at 50,000 rpm and 7.8 N·cm.
What do I clean impression trays with?
With the powder for removing silicone and alginate residue, in an 850 g box. According to the description, 80 g of powder is dissolved in one liter of water and the trays are soaked in the solution.
What is there for custom trays?
Light-curing base plates, pink, 50 per pack, for making custom trays. Light-curing units are in Dental Laboratory Equipment.
