Product details

The Kirschner wire (K-wire) for orthopedic implants, with a sharp trocar tip at one end, set of 10 pcs, is the most important product used for fixing bones after a fracture.

Kirschner wires are used to stabilize and fix bone fragments in fractures, limb lengthening, skeletal fixation, internal osteosynthesis, osteotomy, arthrodesis, deformity correction, revision procedures where other methods do not work, as guide elements for achieving internal traction of bone fragments, for guiding instruments during pre-drilling and tapping, and for guiding cannulated implants, such as screws, during the insertion of cerclage and suture materials.
