On a unit with hanging hoses, the instrument hoses hang down from the dentist element, while on an over-the-patient unit the arms reach over the patient. On the Mocom units, the dentist element sits on a double-articulated arm with 47 cm of vertical adjustment, and each instrument has an anti-retraction system for fluids. The Ajax 15 and Magnus S5 have a Midwest coupling. Compressors and suction pumps are under compressors and suction.
