Areas of application

• Facilitates weekly cleaning of the suction system, spittoon and evacuation tubes

Instructions for use

• During routine use of the suction unit, deposits of organic and inorganic substances may form and dry in the tubing, causing contamination and posing infection risks to staff when the filter is changed
• To avoid mechanical problems with the suction system and, at the same time, to ensure hygienic safety, Aspirmatic Cleaner should be used as follows: at a 5% concentration once or twice a week instead of the afternoon disinfection, for special cleaning
• Prepare 2l of ready-to-use solution in the Aspirmatic system for each treatment unit
• To do this, mix 1900ml of water with 100ml of concentrate
• Suction 1.5l through the suction tubes and pour the remaining 0.5l into the spittoons
• Leave to act for approx. 1 - 2 hours (for example, during the lunch break, so that existing impurities are loosened
• After the contact time has elapsed, suction water to remove the impurities from the tubes
• If persistent impurities are present or if contamination has built up over longer periods of time, use of Aspirmatic Cleaner at a 10% concentration (1800 ml water and 200ml concentrate) is recommended
• Important: Aspirmatic Cleaner must not be left in place overnight or over the weekend
• The Aspirmatic system allows easy and safe mixing, followed by pouring of the solution
• The suction tubes can easily be placed in the adapter
• In the case of persistent contamination with blood residues, water must be suctioned immediately after treatment
• Calculate the appropriate concentration for the ready-to-use solution using the DosageCal dosage calculator (available on the manufacturer's website)

Notes

• Read the label and product information carefully before use
• UVV (accident prevention regulations) require persons working with disinfectants not intended for application to the skin to wear protective gloves.
• Do not mix the concentrate or ready-to-use solution of Aspirmatic and Aspirmatic Cleaner.
• Do not use after the expiry date.
