Product details

Futurabond U - adhesive for use with methacrylate-based restorative, core build-up or luting materials. Can be applied with or without phosphoric acid etching (self-etch).

Advantages:

  • One adhesive for all cases
  • Versatile
  • For direct and indirect restorations
  • Full compatibility with all light-cure, dual-cure or self-cure composites (methacrylate composites)
  • Reliable adhesion to various materials such as metal, zirconium dioxide or aluminum oxide, as well as silicate ceramics, without the need for a primer
  • Protective varnish for glass ionomer cement restorations
  • Single-layer application - approx. 35s total working time
  • Compatible with all etching techniques

Indications

  • Adhesive for direct and indirect restorations using light-cure composite materials for restorations, core build-ups or luting
  • Intraoral repair of fillings or restorations made of composite, glass ceramic, zirconium oxide ceramic, aluminum oxide ceramic, metal
  • Treatment of hypersensitivity in the cervical third
  • Protective varnish for glass ionomer restorations
  • Sealing cavities before placing amalgam restorations or before temporary cementation
  • Direct or indirect light-cure or dual-cure composite restorations for core build-ups or luting
  • Cementation of root posts
