Product details

LaxaClean mini enemas, with 5.1 g glycerin, are used for the symptomatic treatment of constipation, to ease bowel emptying in case of hard stools, or before rectoscopy. They lubricate the tract and facilitate elimination. The mode of action is provided by the properties of the high-concentration glycerin solution.

Once administered, the solution draws water from the tissues and mucosa of the colon, thus increasing the volume of the rectal contents; this distends the colon walls and gently stimulates the urge to evacuate, without straining.

Use 1 mini enema per day or as recommended by your doctor or pharmacist. If necessary, repeat the application, but do not exceed the maximum dose of 2 mini enemas/day.
