The boxes are fitted inside with yellow polyethylene bags and disposable seals. The thickness of the polyethylene the bag is made of is between 50 – 70 μ. These boxes are used to collect anatomical-pathological waste that is not sharps. They are yellow, with a red band, and properly marked with the Biohazard symbol. They are marked according to United Nations (UN) standards in accordance with the European Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road (ADR). The boxes are manufactured under an ISO 9001 quality assurance program, so that each box complies with the regulations in force.

Both the boxes and the bags inside them must be marked and labeled in Romanian with the following:

• type of waste collected: ANATOMICAL-PATHOLOGICAL WASTE – CODE 18.01.02
• pictogram: "Biological Hazard";
• • container capacity: “liters” and “kg”;
• directions for use;
• maximum fill level line;
• date the container was first used in the ward;
• healthcare facility;
• ward that used the container;
• person responsible for handling them;
• date of final filling.
