MicroSnap Enterobacteriaceae (Klintensiv, code PS-KL-C05B0FAE) is a rapid test for the detection and enumeration of bacteria of the Enterobacteriaceae family, based on a bioluminogenic reaction. The product is intended for microbiological control laboratories, especially for rapid on-site testing and shorter waiting times for results.

Technical Specifications

  • Principle: Bioluminogenic reaction measured with the EnSure Touch luminometer
  • Incubation time: 6–8 hours
  • Result type: Quantitative (6–7 hours) and qualitative presence/absence (8 hours)
  • Measuring range: 1–10,000 CFU
  • Detection limit: 0–50,000 CFU in 6–8 hours
  • Detects: Microorganisms of the Enterobacteriaceae group, including indicator organisms and potential pathogens
