MicroSnap Total is a rapid test for the detection and enumeration of the total number of microorganisms, based on a bioluminogenic reaction.

The product is intended for laboratories, medical and dental facilities that require same-day quantitative results for quality control of water and surfaces.

Technical specifications

  • Detection method: Bioluminogenic reaction with measurement by the EnSure Touch luminometer
  • Time to result: Under 7 hours
  • Measuring range: 100 - 10,000 CFU
  • Sensitivity: Detects microorganisms below 100 CFU in 7 hours
  • Types of microorganisms detected: Anaerobic, gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria
  • Results: Quantitative, comparable to traditional methods
  • Storage conditions: 2-8°C
