  • Care: The cuff can be washed separately; clean the gauge with a damp cloth
  • Accuracy check: Recommended every 6 months

How to use – Measuring blood pressure correctly

  • Avoid eating, exercising or showering for 30 minutes before measuring
  • Relax for 5 minutes before measuring
  • Sit in the correct position: back straight, feet on the floor, cuff at heart level
  • Do not talk or move during the measurement
  • Measure your blood pressure at the same time every day, using the same arm
