Product details

Glass fiber posts are used in dental practices for reliable, long-lasting retention of the coronal structures of endodontically treated teeth. They are radiopaque and cylindrical in shape.

The glass fiber prevents the post from breaking, as it is highly adaptable, and it will not transmit stress and shocks to the dentin the way hard metal posts do. The post works with the dentin to absorb any stress or shock and has approximately the same elasticity as dentin itself. The composite material bonds with the cement and composite used for the reconstruction.
