Product details

The 14x18cm Hot-Cold Gel Pack is a reusable, non-toxic gel compress, ideal both for professional use in various medical facilities and at home.

It can be heated or cooled using external sources as needed (hot application - for rheumatism, back pain, menstrual pain, etc.; cold application - for hematomas, sprains, various injuries).

It is pliable, retains temperature for a long time and does not solidify at very low temperatures.

Cold indications: Hematomas, sprains, injuries, hyperthermia and whenever an ice pack is needed.

Cold instructions: Place the gel pack in the freezer for at least 2 hours. Remove it from the freezer, wrap it in a towel and apply it to the affected area. Hot indications: Lumbago, stiff neck, rheumatism, hypothermia and whenever a hot pack is needed.

Hot instructions: Immerse the gel pack in boiling water for a maximum of 5 minutes. Remove it, wipe it dry, wrap it in a towel and apply it to the affected area.

Microwave instructions: Place the gel pack in the microwave for a maximum of 1 minute at 650 W. Remove it, wrap it in a towel and apply it to the affected area.
