Product details

The PRIMA anesthesia syringe, made of stainless steel, has 2 tips: metric and inch thread, 3 rings, with manual aspiration thanks to its spiral system.

The syringe is used for administering local anesthesia.

Instructions for use:

1.Sterilize the syringe in an autoclave and remove it from the pouch after sterilization is complete.

2.Hold the syringe in your left hand and fully retract the piston rod.

3.With the piston rod retracted, place the anesthetic cartridge in the syringe barrel.

4.The rubber stopper must be inserted first.

5.Once the cartridge is in place, release the piston rod.

6.Engage the cartridge and the harpoon by applying moderate pressure on the ring bar with your thumb.

7.Do not hold your hand on the cartridge while engaging the harpoon.(for safety).

8.After the procedure is complete, unscrew the needle (it must have its protective cap on).

9.Retract the piston to release the harpoon from the cartridge.

10.Remove the cartridge from the syringe by retracting the ring with your thumb.

11.Dispose of the cartridge and needle in the sharps waste container.
