Directions for use

• Opening the packaging: pull the two free ends of the outer packaging apart on a clean surface, without damaging the inner sterile pouch.

• Handling: touch the sterile pouch only with sterile gloves; open it by pulling the top end.

• Application: grasp the needle at its rear half using a needle holder or forceps.

• Removing excess material: remove any excess suture material.

• Protecting the thread: avoid damaging the suture material through contact with surgical instruments.

• Check: check the strength of the knot after suturing.

• Disposal: discard suture needles in sharps disposal containers.
