Product details

PRIMA rapid pregnancy test cassette for the qualitative detection of human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) in urine. The test uses the lateral flow immunochromatographic principle and includes an integrated sample well for precise sample application. It is intended for in vitro diagnostic use.

Technical Specifications

  • Test type: immunochromatographic, lateral flow, one-step
  • Detection: hCG ≥25 mIU/ml
  • Time to result: ~3 minutes, optimal reading up to 10 minutes
  • Equipment: cassette with integrated sample well, dropper included
  • Procedural control line to verify correct test performance

Directions for Use

  • Bring the cassette and urine sample to room temperature (15–30 °C)
  • Open the pouch and remove the cassette; use immediately
  • Apply 3 drops of urine to the sample well using the dropper, avoiding air bubbles
  • Watch the color flow across the test and control line area
  • Read the result after 3 minutes; if no line appears, wait one more minute

Interpreting the Results

  • Positive: two colored lines – one in the control region (C) and one in the test region (T)
  • Negative: one colored line in the control region (C), no line in the test region (T)
  • Invalid: if the control line (C) is absent, the test must be repeated
