Product details

The Kirschner wire (pin) is used for veterinary orthopedic implants. With a sharp trocar at one end, it is used to hold bone fragments together (pin fixation) or to provide an anchor for skeletal traction. The pins are often driven into the bone through the skin (percutaneous fixation).

The set contains 10 pieces and the wires measure 3 x 310 mm.
