Vitamin Complex C+D3+Zn+Se+Mg by Ad Natura is a dietary supplement formulated to support the immune system and maintain overall health. The complex contains natural vitamins and minerals — vitamin C, vitamin D3, zinc, selenium and marine magnesium — essential components for the efficient functioning of the body.

Composition

  • Marine magnesium (extract standardized to 55% Mg): 227.33 mg per capsule
  • 25:1 Acerola fruit extract (Malpighia glabra, standardized to 34–38% native vitamin C): 78.67 mg per capsule
  • Dried, inactivated brewer's yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) enriched with zinc (100,000 mcg/g): 33.33 mg per capsule
  • Dried, inactivated brewer's yeast enriched with selenium (L-selenomethionine, 2,000 mcg/g): 9.17 mg per capsule
  • Dried, inactivated brewer's yeast powder: 5.83 mg per capsule
  • Natural vitamin D3 from sheep's wool (100,000 IU/g): 0.67 mg per capsule
  • Vegetable capsule

Nutritional values at the recommended dose (3 capsules/day)

  • Magnesium: 375 mg (100% NRV)
  • Vitamin C: 80 mg (100% NRV)
  • Vitamin D3: 5 mcg (100% NRV)
  • Selenium: 55 mcg (100% NRV)
  • Zinc: 10 mg (100% NRV)
