Adhesor - zinc phosphate cement

Advantages

  • Safe, clinically tested
  • Easy mixing and use
  • Exceptional mechanical properties: compressive strength over 70 MPa

Indications

  • Cementation of metal and porcelain-fused-to-metal crowns and bridges
  • Temporary fillings
  • Base under composite or amalgam fillings
  • Root canal filling

Handling (for manual preparation)

  • Mixing should be done on a glass slab with a stainless steel spatula at a temperature of 23 ± 1°C.
  • To extend the working time, mixing the cement at a temperature of 20°C is recommended.
  • It is also recommended that the powder be incorporated into the liquid gradually.

Technical data for cementing fixed prostheses

  • Mixing ratio (by weight): 1.4 g powder to 0.5 ml liquid
  • Mixing ratio (by volume): 2 scoops of powder to 5 drops of liquid
  • Mixing time: 60 - 90 s
  • Working time (from start of mixing): 3 - 4 minutes
  • Setting time (from start of mixing): 6 - 8 minutes

Technical data for bases and fillings

  • Mixing ratio (by weight): 2.3 g powder to 0.5 ml liquid
  • Mixing ratio (by volume): 2 scoops of powder to 3 drops of liquid
  • Mixing time: 2 - 2.5 minutes
  • Working time (from start of mixing): 4 - 4.5 minutes
  • Setting time (from start of mixing): 6 - 7 minutes
  • Final finishing of the base or filling can be done after the material has hardened
