The unit-dose packaging method created by Centrix and the application of calcium hydroxide into the root canal help achieve superior results compared with traditional application methods such as Lentulo spirals. Calciject has very low surface tension and penetrates the canal without the use of Lentulo spirals. Calciject very fine-grained calcium hydroxide, packaged in unit doses with a metal tip, ensures application into the canal and fills it from the bottom up. The high pH and strong bacteriostatic effect of the pure calcium hydroxide paste make this product indicated for temporary and intermediate root canal treatments.

Instructions for use
- Remove Calciject from the packaging
- Insert Calciject into the Centrix gun and remove the protective cap
- Bend the tip as needed and test first on a pad
- Squeeze the gun with light, steady pressure while placing the material into the preparation
- After completing the procedure, discard the Calciject dose
