The PRIMA health booklet is an official document for recording vaccinations and medical treatments of dogs and cats, in accordance with the sanitary-veterinary legislation in force. The booklets are approved by ANSVSA and may be issued only by veterinarians registered in the Register of Owned Dogs (Registrul de Evidență al Câinilor cu Stăpân).

Purpose and use

  • Intended exclusively for veterinarians registered in the Register of Owned Dogs
  • Used for complete records of the health status, vaccinations and medical treatments of pets
  • Booklets are issued only on the basis of the legislation in force

Important notes

Only authorized suppliers may purchase and sell these booklets. To register as a secondary supplier, legal entities must submit an application to the DSVSA in the territorial area of their registered office, in accordance with Annex 7 of the legal regulations in force.
