PRIMA double-adhesive labels with chemical indicator for plasma sterilization are consumables for marking and documenting sterilization processes. The labels feature a type 1 chemical indicator and a double-adhesive system, and are designed for use together with a labeling gun. The 29 x 28 mm format includes three lines for printing and recording the information needed for the traceability of each package.

The integrated chemical indicator changes color from pink to yellow after exposure to the plasma sterilization process. The double-adhesive structure allows one part of the label to be used on the package intended for sterilization and the second part to be kept as documentation in the patient records. Each roll contains 500 labels, and each of the three lines allows printing of 11 characters.

Instructions for use

• The first adhesive layer is stuck onto the package to be sterilized.

• After application to the package, the second adhesive layer is used to document the information in the patient records.
