The PRIMA laryngeal mask is a sterile, single-use medical device made of transparent medical-grade PVC, designed for airway management in anesthesia and emergency medicine. Equipped with an inflatable cuff for an effective seal at the level of the pharynx, the mask facilitates spontaneous or assisted ventilation and is supplied sterilized and individually packaged. The product is latex-free to reduce the risk of allergic reactions.

- Design that minimizes trauma during insertion
- Compatible with standard ventilation equipment
- Recommended sealing pressure: approximately 60 cm H₂O
- Maximum permitted temperature: 49 °C
- Shelf life: 5 years from the date of manufacture
- Latex-free

- Maximum cuff inflation volume: 4-40 ml depending on size
- Tube dimensions: inner diameter 5-11 mm, outer diameter 8.7-16.7 mm, length 87-195 mm
- Mask dimensions: length 40-99 mm, width 24-63 mm (tolerance ±5 mm)
- Weight range: newborns (< 5 kg) to adults (70-100 kg)

Directions for Use
- Fully deflate the cuff before use until it forms a smooth "spoon" shape
- Lubricate with a water-soluble lubricant
- Insert with the index finger at the junction of the tube and cuff, following the contour of the hard and soft palate
- Advance until resistance is felt at the base of the hypopharynx, then inflate the cuff until sealed
- Avoid over-inflation
- Single-use product — do not resterilize
Storage Conditions
Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place, protected from moisture, heat or sources of ignition.
