Product details

Surgical mesh made of transparent polypropylene, with rectangular/square pores, pliable, does not unravel when cut, rectangular in shape and sterile.

Medical applications: for all types of hernias and incisional hernias.

Instructions for use:

Step 1: Examine the inguinal hernia and free the spermatic cord.

Step 2: Push back the inguinal hernia, choose the appropriate mesh size and cut the opening 0.5-1.0cm larger, then cover the transversalis fascia.

Step 3: Suture the inner upper edge, the transversus abdominis muscle and the internal oblique lower edge, suture the outer edge and the inguinal ligament, and suture 1.5cm below the edge of the pubis through the aponeurotic bundles. An opening is made in the internal ring so that the spermatic cord can pass through it. The spermatic cord should preferably not be constricted when passing through the spermatic cord openings. It can also be trimmed by the surgeon if necessary.
