The PRIMA biochemistry microtainer is a tube for collecting capillary blood by puncture, with a 0.5 ml volume and red cap. Made of PET and containing a clot activator, it is sterile, single-use and intended for biochemistry and immunology testing in medical facilities and testing laboratories.

Instructions for use

1. Disinfect the puncture site with a sterile swab soaked in alcohol solution and wait for the area to dry.

2. Firmly hold the adjacent area and quickly make the incision by activating the lancet.

3. Wipe away the first drop of blood with a sterile gauze swab.

4. Collect the freely flowing drops of blood into a labeled microtainer.

5. When finished, place the lancet in a puncture-resistant container.

6. Immediately after collection, gently invert the tube 180 degrees 5-8 times to mix.
