PRIMA self-sealing pouches are designed for the safe sterilization and packaging of bulky medical equipment and instruments. Compatible with autoclave steam sterilization and ethylene oxide (EO) sterilization, they feature integrated sterilization indicators for both methods.

  • Paper material: 60 g/m² dialysis paper
  • Composite film material: CPP 40 μm / PET 12 μm
  • Sterilization indicators: two integrated indicators (steam and EO)
  • Seal type: self-sealing with special adhesive strip
  • Permeability: optimal air permeability
  • Bacterial resistance: high
  • Transparent film for content visibility
  • Sterility shelf life: up to 2 years (with proper storage)

Sterilization compatibility

  • Autoclave steam sterilization: 121–134 °C
  • Ethylene oxide (EO) sterilization
