Self-sealing nylon dry heat sterilization pouches 102 x 254mm (100 pieces)

Select the right pouch size and place the instruments or instrument cassette inside.
Remove the protective strip and press firmly to seal the pouch.
The pouch with the instruments is placed in the sterilization box, which is then placed in the dry heat sterilizer, and the desired temperature range is selected.
Do not put wet instruments or water in the pouch.
Moisture on the instruments causes the packaging to burn and burst!
Instruments must be dry before sterilization because water will affect the process.
The optimal dry heat sterilization time and temperature is 160 degrees C for 2 hours or 170 degrees C for one hour.

All medical devices and materials to be sterilized must be cleaned and disinfected before undergoing the standard sterilization process. The sterility of materials packaged in sealed plastic pouches is maintained for 2 (two) months after sterilization, provided the integrity of the packaging (pouches) is maintained.
