Nylon sterilization pouch roll for Pupinel, 50 mm x 30.5 m (1 roll)

Cut a piece from the roll to the appropriate length, leaving an extra 2.5 cm at each end for heat sealing or 5 cm for sealing with adhesive tape. 
Heat-seal or tape-seal one end. 
Sealing with adhesive tape 
a) Fold the end over 1.25 cm and press to form a crease 
b) Fold over another 1.25 cm and press to form a crease 
c) Seal with the specific sterilization indicator tape by wrapping it around the entire width of the pack, making sure the folded edge and the sides are completely sealed, with no gaps. 
Place the instruments in the pouch 
A chemical indicator may be placed inside the pouch or on the packaging 
Heat-seal or tape-seal the open end 
Sterilize according to the manufacturer's instructions, without exceeding the recommended temperature or sterilization time

Order no. 261 of February 6, 2007 approving the Technical Norms on cleaning, disinfection and sterilization in healthcare facilities
All medical devices and materials to be sterilized must be cleaned and disinfected before undergoing the standard sterilization process. Materials packed in sealed plastic pouches remain sterile for 2 (two) months after sterilization, provided the integrity of the packaging (pouches) is maintained.
