Trios 5 - high-performance wireless intraoral scanner

Advantages

  • ScanAssist technology continuously updates the 3D model with the latest information - alignment of scanned data is nearly perfect, always resulting in a superior-quality scan
  • No calibration required - the scanner does not need to be recalibrated after a certain number of scans
  • Haptic feedback - the scanner uses haptics (a subtle vibration) to provide feedback
  • LED ring indicating scanner status - shows when it is connected, whether the tip is ready or whether the battery is almost depleted
  • Remote control button - the scanner can be used as a remote control by pointing it at the screen and using the button to select the next step or rotate the 3D model, eliminating the need for a mouse
  • Smart battery management - battery life has been optimized
  • Up to 33 patients can be scanned per battery
  • When not in use, the scanner goes into standby to save battery and automatically reactivates when picked up
  • The battery charger has two slots, and a third battery can be left inside the scanner for a full day of scanning
  • Hygienic scanning - the scanner is easy to clean, with the fewest possible openings
  • Very thin sleeves to minimize the risk of cross-contamination
  • Scratch-resistant sapphire glass - the window inside the tip is made of sapphire glass
  • The tip heats up quickly and is ready to scan in seconds
  • Sealed mirror inside the scanner - since the mirror is enclosed, dust or dirt cannot enter and affect the scanner's optical performance
  • Closed autoclavable tip - reduces the risk of cross-contamination
  • Uses the 3Shape Unite platform, enabling communication between laboratories, clinics and leading dental companies - Trios users benefit from easy workflows and access to an app store for the scanner
