Directions for use

• Opening the package: pull apart the two free ends of the outer package over a clean surface, without damaging the inner sterile pouch.

• Aseptic handling: the sterile pouch must only be touched with sterile gloves and opened by pulling the top end.

• Grasping the needle: the stainless steel needle must be grasped at its posterior half.

• Avoiding damage: prevent contact between the thread and surgical instruments (needle holders, forceps).

• Knot check: make sure the knot formed is secure.

• Removing excess material: any excess suture material must be removed.

• Single use: the product is intended for single use only.

Warnings

• After use, suture needles must be disposed of in sharps waste containers.

• Aseptic handling is mandatory to maintain product sterility.
