Product details

Features of the manual upper arm blood pressure monitor with gauge:

- Accuracy: +/-3mmHg

- Technical parameters: 0-300mmHg

- Cuff size: standard adult size (arm circumference between 23 and 32cm)

- Rubber air tube

- Rubber bulb

- Do not drop the instrument

- Keep the cuff away from any sharp objects

- Wipe the gauge and the bulb with a damp cloth.

- If you want to wash the cuff, first remove the bladder (pressure chamber) from the cuff and wipe it with a damp cloth. Wash the cuff with warm water and soap. Rinse with clean water and let it dry at room temperature.

- Never disassemble the gauge

- Keep the blood pressure monitor and stethoscope in the original bag

- We recommend checking the static pressure reading every six months.

Important: 1. Avoid eating, exercising or bathing for 30 minutes before taking your blood pressure

2. Before taking your blood pressure, it is advisable to relax for 5 minutes

3. Body position is very important. Sit relaxed with your back against the back of the chair. Keep your feet flat on the floor. The blood pressure cuff should be at heart level.

4. Avoid talking or moving

5. Try to measure your blood pressure at the same time every day. 6. Comparisons should only be made when using the same arm, position and time of day
