PRIMA 70x260mm self-sealing pouches are designed for sterilizing medium-sized medical and dental instruments. Made from medical-grade materials, they are compatible with autoclave steam sterilization and ethylene oxide (EO) sterilization, and are equipped with sterilization indicators for both methods.

Technical specifications

  • Material: 60g/m² dialysis paper and composite film (CPP 40μm / PET 12μm)
  • Dimensions: 70x260mm
  • Sealing system: self-sealing with special adhesive strip, no external sealer needed
  • Sterilization indicators: two integrated indicators (one for steam, one for EO)
  • Steam sterilization compatibility: 121-134°C
  • EO sterilization compatibility: ethylene oxide
  • Strong edge seal with clean, controlled opening
  • Optimal air permeability and high bacterial resistance
  • Transparent film for instrument visibility
  • Sterile shelf life of contents: up to 2 years (with proper storage)

Applications

  • Sterilization of tweezers, spatulas, probes and other medium-sized instruments
  • Use in dentistry, dermatology, outpatient surgery and beauty salons
