PRIMA self-sealing pouches are designed for the safe sterilization of small medical and dental instruments. Made from medical-grade materials, they are compatible with both autoclave steam sterilization and ethylene oxide (EO) sterilization, and feature two integrated sterilization indicators.

Technical specifications

  • Dimensions: 57 x 130 mm
  • Composition: 60 g/m² dialysis paper, CPP 40 μm / PET 12 μm composite film
  • Self-sealing with special adhesive strip – no sealing machine required
  • Two integrated sterilization indicators: one for steam, one for EO
  • Autoclave sterilization temperatures: 121–134 °C
  • Compatibility: steam sterilization and ethylene oxide sterilization
  • Transparent film for instrument visibility
  • Strong edge seal with clean, controlled opening
  • Optimal air permeability, high bacterial resistance
  • Shelf life of sterilized contents: up to 2 years (under proper storage conditions)
